Seachamp sources a variety shell meat from buying stations in Southern Luzon, Western Visayas and Western Mindanao. We monitor the sources of supply to be free of algae and shellfish toxins. Bay scallop adductor meat, kidney scallop, abalone and clam meat are processed and packed in the factories closest to the sources under a food safety management system.
